Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room with a small balcony offering a view of Plaza de la Paz was lovely, although lacking air conditioning. The service was excellent with a friendly and accommodating staff. The location, facing a church and surrounded by stunning rock columns, was phenomenal, despite occasional late-night activities. Dining options were decent but priced higher than expected.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town close to all the famous sites. The rooms were lovely with double beds, although the bright temperature gauge made it hard to sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, although the language barrier caused some issues. The dining experience was good at a nearby sister hotel, and the facilities were convenient overall.
